Buying guide
Ready-to-dilute concentrates for shampoo, handwash and shower gel. Mix 1 kg of base with 2 kg of water, add perfume and colour, and you have about 3 kg of finished product. No heating, no formulation work. Packs from 1 kg (trial) to 50 kg (bulk), with GST invoice and pan-India delivery.
Personal Care Ready Bases – just add water
Cleansol Ready Bases are pre-blended surfactant concentrates for salons, hotels, institutions and licensed manufacturers. Each base already contains the cleansing and foaming agents, so you only dilute, add perfume and fill. Start with a 1 kg trial, check the result, then move to 25 kg or 50 kg for production.

How to make it (3 kg batch)
- Take 2 kg of clean water (RO or soft water works best) in a plastic or steel container.
- Add 1 kg of Ready Base slowly while stirring gently. Avoid fast stirring so it doesn't foam up.
- Add perfume: about 10 g for shampoo, about 5 g for handwash or shower gel. Add colour if you want.
- Leave it to rest for 24 hours so the air bubbles settle.
- For a thicker product, dissolve about 100 g of salt in a little water and add it slowly while stirring. Stop when you reach the thickness you want.
- Fill into bottles and label.

Good to know
- Ready Bases are sold as raw materials (intermediates) for further processing, not as finished cosmetics for direct use.
- If you manufacture finished shampoo, handwash or shower gel for sale, you need the applicable cosmetic manufacturing licence and labelling.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed.
- Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse well with water.
