Cleansol is a brand of Chemtech Corporation, Jodhpur. Every product is quality-checked and sealed before dispatch. If something reaches you damaged, leaking or incorrect, we will make it right. Please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Order cancellation
- Before dispatch: you can cancel your order by WhatsApp or email. We refund the full amount, including shipping.
- After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, it is treated as a customer-initiated return (RTO). See section 6.
- Bulk, custom or made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled once production or packing has started.
2. When we replace or refund

Replacement products are free of charge; reshipping charges are payable by the customer. All cases are subject to inspection, and the final resolution (replacement or refund) is at the discretion of Chemtech Corporation.
3. How to raise a request
- Within 48 hours of delivery, WhatsApp us on +91 98290 05860 or email info@cleansol.in.
- Share your order number, an unboxing video (from opening the sealed box), and clear photos of the outer box with its shipping label, the product, and the batch number.
- Keep the product and its packaging as received. Do not use, dilute or discard it.
- We review your request within 2 working days and confirm the replacement or refund. For a replacement, we share the reshipping charges, payable in advance.
Requests made after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, cannot be accepted.
4. Not eligible for return, replacement or refund
- Change of mind, or ordering the wrong product or quantity.
- Opened, used, partially used, diluted or decanted products.
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, handling or dilution.
- Tampered products, or products without the original seal and label.
- Minor dents or scuffs on the outer box or container without any leakage.
- Chemicals and raw materials, once opened: they cannot be resold or safely taken back.
- Products bought on Amazon or other marketplaces: these follow that marketplace's own return policy.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show the credit.
- Shipping, handling and logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be partial, depending on the condition of the product received back.
6. Return to origin (RTO)
An order returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer being unavailable, delivery refusal, or a change of mind after dispatch is a customer-initiated RTO.
- If the product reaches us safely and is resellable, we refund the order value minus forward and return shipping charges.
- If the product is damaged, used or not resellable, no refund is possible.
- If you want the order re-sent, the new shipping charges must be paid in advance.
7. Courier loss or damage
If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged by our courier partner, we will send a replacement or refund the product value, as per section 2.
