- Polymer waterproofing emulsion: Milky white styrene–acrylic copolymer emulsion that modifies cement mortars and coatings for flexibility and water resistance.
- Bonds and seals cracks: Improves adhesion to old concrete and masonry and bridges fine cracks subject to thermal movement.
- Construction applications: Used for roof and terrace coats, wall waterproofing, crack filling, polymer-modified mortars and tile laying.
- How to use: Mix with cement to a brushable slurry, typically 1 part Polycoat to 1–1.5 parts cement; apply two coats.
- Construction grade liquid: Milky white liquid emulsion in 1 kg and 5 kg packs; GST invoice.
