RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT & RTO POLICY
By placing an order with Chemtech Corporation (Cleansol), you agree to the terms below.
No Return Policy
No returns or exchanges are accepted once delivered, except for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or leakage.
Replacement / Refund Eligibility
Requests are accepted only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, the product is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, and a clear unboxing video with images is provided. Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Inspection & Resolution
All cases are subject to quality inspection. Resolution (replacement or refund) is at the sole discretion of Chemtech Corporation.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable. Refunds may be partial based on product condition.
Non-Eligible Cases
No refund or replacement for change of mind, incorrect order, improper use/storage/dilution, tampering, used or partially used products, or minor packaging damage without leakage.
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
Orders returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or change of mind after dispatch are treated as customer-initiated RTO.
If received back safely and in resellable condition, a partial refund may be issued after deducting forward and return shipping charges. If the product is damaged, used, or non-resellable, no refund will be provided. Re-shipping requires additional shipping charges in advance.
Logistics Partner Issues
If delivery failure occurs due to a confirmed logistics-partner fault, an appropriate resolution will be provided.
