About this item

  • Non-ionic solubiliser: PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil (HCO-40), an ethoxylated castor derivative that is water-soluble and very mild.
  • Clears oils into water: Solubilises fragrances, essential oils and oil-soluble vitamins into clear water or hydro-alcoholic products.
  • Main applications: Used in body mists, room sprays, toners, clear gels, shampoos, aftershaves and reed diffuser bases.
  • Typical use level: Pre-mix 2–5 parts HCO-40 per 1 part fragrance or oil, then add water slowly while stirring.
  • Cosmetic grade paste: Cosmetic grade white to pale yellow paste in 500 g to 20 kg packs. GST invoice.
