  • Hard vegetable wax: Hydrogenated castor oil (castor wax), a hard, high-melting (~85 °C) white wax derived from castor oil.
  • Thickens and structures: Adds firmness, structure and heat stability to sticks, balms and oil gels, and thickens greases.
  • Main applications: Used in lipsticks and balms, deodorant sticks, hair pomades, lithium greases, coatings, polishes and candles.
  • Typical use level: About 1–10% in cosmetic sticks and balms; melt with oils above 85 °C, then cool.
  • Cosmetic / industrial flakes: Cosmetic / industrial grade white flakes/powder in 500 g to 25 kg packs. GST invoice.
