- Pine oil, 42% terpene alcohols: Terpene-based oil rich in alpha-terpineol with a fresh pine odour and good solvency.
- Cleans, deodorises, freshens: Cuts grease and leaves a pine fragrance; contributes germicidal action in phenyl and floor-cleaner formulations.
- Cleaner and phenyl manufacture: Used in white phenyl, pine floor cleaners, disinfectant fluids, deodorisers and as a solvent or wetting aid.
- Typical use level: 5–10% in white phenyl and pine cleaners, emulsified with soap or surfactant before adding water.
- Industrial grade oil: Colourless to pale yellow oily liquid, packed 1 L to 50 L. GST invoice.
