Cleansol Bleaching Powder is a multi-purpose disinfectant and cleaning agent widely used for bathrooms, water tanks, and outdoor areas. Containing ~32 % available chlorine, it eliminates germs, odours and algae buildup on terraces, driveways and pathways — particularly during the rainy season. It whitens tiles, disinfects surfaces and keeps homes and facilities fresh and hygienic.

Directions of Use

Bathrooms: Dissolve 10–20 g per litre of water (1–2 %) and apply with mop or brush. Leave 10–20 min then rinse.

Toilet Bowls: Sprinkle 20–30 g around the bowl or use 2 % solution. Brush and flush after 15 min.

Water Tanks: Use 0.2–0.5 % solution (2–5 g per L) for interior scrubbing. Contact time 20–30 min.

Rooftops & Pathways: 1–2 % solution (10–20 g per L); pre-wet surface, apply, wait 20–30 min, scrub and rinse.

Do's & Don'ts

Do: Pre-wet algae-covered areas for better penetration.

Monsoon Cleaning Tip: Prevent slippery green algae on roofs and driveways by using a 2 % bleaching powder solution every 2–3 weeks during the rainy season.

Storage
