  • Clarifies turbid water: Hydrolyses to aluminium hydroxide floc that settles suspended mud and colloids, clarifying water.
  • Main applications: Used for water clarification, deodorant blocks, textile dyeing mordant, leather tanning and fire-retardant compounds.
  • Typical dose: About 10–50 ppm (10–50 g per 1000 L) for water clarification; confirm by jar test.
