Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. COD is not available. Payments are processed via authorized gateways; we do not store card/banking details.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or regulatory issues. If we cancel an order, paid amounts will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through authorized logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary. Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

7. Returns, Refunds & RTO

Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged/leaking products as per our Return, Refund & RTO Policy. Customer-initiated RTO (wrong address, refusal, unavailability, change of mind after dispatch) may result in deductions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to violate laws, infringe IP, upload malware, misuse personal data, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activities. Violations may result in termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of Cleansol and may not be used without written permission.
