SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

By placing an order with Chemtech Corporation (Cleansol), you agree to the shipping terms below.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India through our authorized logistics partners including Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, Ekart, and Xpressbees. Delivery is available only to serviceable pincodes covered by our logistics partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 working days. Non-metro / Rest of India: 7–10 working days. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, weather, or operational delays.

Mode of Delivery

All orders are delivered via doorstep delivery by our logistics partners. Multiple delivery attempts may be made before an order is marked undelivered.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for any location. All orders must be prepaid.

Failed Deliveries & RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us (RTO) and handled as per our Return, Refund & RTO Policy.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or the marketplace order page once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout or on the invoice and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
